My Ex-Class , Love you more than myself !

Next year i'm graduating school. In georgia We have to pass 8 exams to finish the school so i decided that it would be better for me to change school and study harder , and so i did :)
It's my ex-school :) ITALIAN SCHOOL . which i love the most :)
well , it's another history why i studied italian (i'll tell later)

Well i had a really good relationship with all  my classmates :)
But i don't even know what happened .
I swear i haven't said anything about them behind their back !!!!!
HAHAHA :))) Datuna, Beka, Me & Jemiko
It was an amazing time ! :)

To tell the truth i don't know how i forget about them, Guys i will always remember our Childhood :)
LOVE YOU GUYS!

Well unfortunately, now we have a really bad relationship )
There are some Ugly girls who are saying some bad things .
But i don't mind :)
Maybe not now but later everyone guesses who's right ! :)
God knows :)

Mariam,Jemiko & Me
miss this time

Now when i imagine that i wouldn't see you guys everymorning :(
it seems like i see nightmare , but i think that everything will be okay soon and we will be as good friends as we were in the nearest past.
Beka,Mariam ,Datuna & Me

You don't know guys how difficult is it to change school in last class , and start new life .
One of the biggest reason why i wanted to change school was to give you time to think about your mistakes , and secondly because of i have to study .

And I don't mind if we be like we were in the past but
you guys will always be my and only my biggest LOVE !

Love youuuuuuuuuuuuuu !!!!!

Something about me

Hey guys :)
It's me Tamuna.
As i just sad i'm always laughing and having fun with my dearest friends :)
You know i have many friends, but sometimes i think that i'm all alone.
Nobody helps me when i need someone's help.
Thank one day i wake up and hear that my best friend talked about me behind my back.
Someone told me that i sad bad things about him/her which i swear haven't done !

You know this world is made like that. everyone thinks about themselves
But i'm not like them, i really think about my friends, anyway
And so now i think that we don't have to trust anyone , even the girl who you know since your childhood :)
Because she will do such a horrible thing to you that you will be shocked :)

So i recommened to everyone not to trust your  even BEST friends .:)

AND EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAYYYY!

Relationship Between Man and Woman

The relationship between boys' and girls' nonverbal ability and mathematical achievement at the Norwegian elementary school level was studied. Instruments used were The Matrix Analogies Test-Short Form, and a mathematical achievement test based on the Norwegian national school curriculum. More low ability girls than low ability boys had corresponding low mathematical scores. However, the gender difference in discrepancy between nonverbal ability and mathematical achievement was minor.

Differences Between Men and Women

People in relationships often have strong expectations that their partner will be just like they are: exhibit the same attitudes, values,  perceptions and behaviors.  However, we know that you will not change your partner's attitudes and behaviors unless they themselves are motivated to do so.  You are even less likely to change their basic gender characteristics.  So it is very important to educate yourself as to the basic gender differences which exist between men and women, and accept the fact that the differences are there, they are real, and they are not going away.  In this way you can learn to use the differences as a way to enrich your relationship rather than to damage it.
Are Men and Women really different?   Let's look at the evidence in a variety of areas of life.  Note that these findings are generalizations and summaries that apply to most men or women, but not to all men or all women.
1. PHYSIOLOGICAL DIFFERENCES
  • Girls develop right side of brain faster than boys: leads to talking, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading earlier, better memory.
  • Boys develop left side faster than girls: visual-spatial-logical skills, perceptual skills, better at math, problem solving, building and figuring out puzzles.
  • Girls more interested in toys with faces than boys are; play with stuffed animals and dolls more; boys drawn to blocks or anything that can be manipulated.
  • Women use both hemispheres of brain; corpus callosum thicker in women.
2. SOCIAL INFLUENCES
    Studies of infants:
  • Both men and women speak louder to boys than girl infants; they are softer and express more "cooing" with girls. Boys are rarely told they are sweet, pretty, little doll; boys are told they are a pumpkin head or "Hey big guy".
  • Boys handled more physically and robustly than girls, bounced around more .
  • Girls are caressed and stroked more than boys.
  • Up to age 2, mothers tend to talk to and look at their daughters significantly more than than they do with their sons, and make more eye contact with the daughters as well.
  • Mothers show a wider range of emotional response to girls than boys. When girls showed anger, mothers faces showed greater facial disapproval than when boys showed anger. May influence why girls grow up smiling more, more social, and better able to interpret emotions than boys.
  • Fathers use "Command terms" with boys more than girls; and more than mothers gave.
Developmental Differences Between Boys and Girls:
  • Nursery rhymes, books and cartoons perpetuate stereotypes, which often promote damsel in distress, frumpy housewife, helpless senior citizen, sexy heroine and swooning cheerleader.
  • Girls use more terms of endearment than boys.
  • Boys get away with more aggressive antisocial behavior in school and home than girls.
  • Girls who act as tomboys are accepted; boys who act like girls are severely reprimanded ("don't cry" "Don't be a sissy").
  • Girls tend to talk about other people; secrets in order to bond friendships; and school, wishes and needs.
  • Boys talk about things and activities. What they are doing and who is best at the activity.
  • Teenage girls talk about boys, clothes and weight.
  • Teenage boys talk about sports, mechanics, and function of things.
  • age 12-18: biggest event for girls: have a boyfriend
  • are 12-18: boys are equally interested in the following: sex, cars and sports.
  • This carries into adulthood when women talk about relationships, people, diet, clothing, physical appearance. Men talk about sports, work, money, cars, news, politics, and the mechanics of things.
3. VALUES AND SELF ESTEEM AS ADULTS
    MEN
  • A man's sense of self is defined through his ability to achieve results, through success and accomplishment. Achieve goals and prove his competence and feel good about himself.
  • To feel good about himself, men must achieve goals by themselves.
  • For men, doing things by themselves is a symbol of efficiency, power and competence.
  • In general, men are more interested in objects and things rather than people and feelings.
  • Men rarely talk about their problems unless they are seeking "expert" advice; asking for help when you can do something yourself is a sign of weakness.
  • Men are more aggressive than women; more combative and territorial.
  • Men's self esteem is more career-related.
  • Men feel devastated by failure and financial setbacks; they tend to obsess about money much more than women
  • Men hate to ask for information because it shows they are a failure.
   WOMEN:
  • Women value love, communication, beauty and relationships.
  • A woman's sense of self is defined through their feelings and the quality of their relationships. They spend much time supporting, nurturing and helping each other. They experience fulfillment through sharing and relating.
  • Personal expression, in clothes and feelings, is very important. Communication is important. Talking, sharing and relating is how a woman feels good about herself.
  • For women, offering help is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength; it is a sign of caring to give support.
  • Women are very concerned about issues relating to physical attractiveness; changes in this area can be as difficult for women as changes in a man's financial status.
  • When men are preoccupied with work or money, women interpret it as rejection.
4. OTHER DIFFERENCES
  • Men are more logical, analytical, rational.
  • Women are more intuitive, holistic, creative, integrative.
  • Men have a much more difficult time relating to their own feelings, and may feel very threatened by the expression of feelings in their presence. This may cause them to react by withdrawing or attempting to control the situation through a display of control and/or power.
  • Men are actually more vulnerable and dependent on relationships than women are and are more devastated by the ending, since they have fewer friends and sources of emotional support.
  • Men are more at ease with their own angry feelings than women are.
  • Women are in touch with a much wider range of feelings than men, and the intensity of those feelings is usually much greater for women than men. As a result of this, many man perceive that women's feelings appear to change quickly; men may find this irrational and difficult to understand.
  • Men tend to be more functional in approaching problem-solving; women are aesthetically-oriented in addition to being functional.
  • Women tend to be much more sensitive to sounds and smells than men are; and women as such tend to place a greater emphasis on "atmosphere".
5. CONFLICTS WHICH ARISE DUE TO BASIC DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MEN AND WOMEN
  • The most frequent complain men have about women:  Women are always trying to change them.
  • The most frequent complaint women have about men: Men don't listen.
  • Women want empathy, yet men usually offer solutions.
  • When a woman tries to change or improve or correct or give advice to a man, men hear that they are being told that they aren't competent or don't know how to do something or that they can't do something on their own.
  • Men often feel responsible or to blame for women's problems.
  • Men always assume women want advice and solutions to problems, that that is the best way to be helpful and to show love; women often just want someone to sincerely listen to them.
  • Housework: men avoid it, try to get others to do it at all costs, feel demeaned by doing it. For women, cleanliness of house is a manifestation of warm, homey nest. Men and women have different thresholds for cleanliness and dirt.
  • Men often try to change a woman's mood when she is upset by offering solutions to her problems, which she interprets as discounting and invalidating her feelings.
  • Women try to change men's behavior by offering unsolicited advice and criticism and becoming a home-improvement committee.
6. HOW TO WORK WITH THESE DIFFERENCES
  • When women are upset, it is not the time to offer solutions, though that may be appropriate at a future time when she is calmed down.
  • A man appreciates advice and criticism when it is requested. Men want to make improvements when they feel they are being approached as a solution to a problem rather than as the problem itself.
  • Men have great needs for status and independence (emphasis on separate and different); women have needs for intimacy and connection (emphasis on close and same).
  • Women need to receive caring, understanding, respect, devotion, validation, and reassurance.
  • Women are motivated when they feel special or cherished.
  • Men need to receive trust, acceptance, appreciation, admiration, approval, encouragement.
  • Men are motivated when they feel needed.   A man's deepest fear is that he is not good enough or not competent enough, though he may never express this.
7. SUMMARY
  • There are major, significant differences between men and women.
  • The differences are different, NOT better or worse.  Do not judge the differences.  Do not try to change the differences.   Do not try to make them go away.
  • These are generalizations! Individual differences exist; we all have some of these qualities.
  • To get along, you MUST accept, expect and respect these differences.
  • Be sure to remember these differences when communicationg about anything important, when expressing care and concern, and when solving conflicts.

Real friends

About a year ago, I was talking to a friend of mine on the telephone. He had just experienced a big success in his career and wanted to brag. We had a great time cheering and laughing over his big moment. Then as we were wrapping up our phone call, he apologized for gloating to me. I blew it off telling him, "Don't apologize! Real friends are people that you can cry with during the bad times and gloat with during the good times. Everyone else expects you to be politically correct in your behaviors." What's the point of having friends if you can't be yourself around them?
A friend is someone to cry with during the bad times. Everyone knows how great it is to have a friend during your time of need to cry on their shoulder. In reality, people don't like it if you cry on their shoulder for very long. So the sign of a real friend is that you can cry on their shoulder until you're done crying. And if you're crying too long, your friend will make you snap out of it. They help you to pull yourself back together rather than just give a superficial "There there dearie" and then going on about their lives. You'll be able to tell real quick who your real friends are during the crisis and uglier times of your life. They're the only ones still hanging around.

A friend is some to gloat with during the good times. We're all raised that it's distasteful to brag and to come across as egotistical. The result is that most of us are afraid to say much of anything positive about ourselves. You're allowed to celebrate a job promotion, a marriage, or the birth of a child, but it's supposed to be done with class and style. A real friend is someone that you can call up and spend twenty minutes telling them what an awesome job you just did on a project at work and how you feel so incredibly proud of yourself and they are going to be happy for you. They are not going to chastise you for being arrogant. When you have some serious politics going on at work and you pull of a brilliant career move, your friend is going to cheer with you and laugh along with you as you succeed.
A friend is someone to rage with when life is really unfair. That's not to say they're going to help you plot your ex's murder or anything like that, but when you're really ticked off and need to vent, they'll be there for you. You can safely tell your real friends just how angry you are and they'll help you find ways to dissipate the anger and to eventually let it go. Humor is a wonderful way that friends have of helping us to let go of our anger. Rather then help you plot the murder, they can throw out a few wonderfully witty comments about your ex and get you laughing again. Know matter what it is that you're upset about, your real friends will be there for you.
A friend is someone to dream with while plotting your goals. Real friends make awesome cheerleaders. They believe in you and in your ability to achieve your goals. Everyone else may be politely disinterested in what you're planning to do with your life, but your real friends will be thrilled to hear about what you're doing. They'll help you to brainstorm ideas and will pitch in to help you make your dreams come true whenever possible.
A friend is someone to pray with for support. We've all seen the research and the studies show that the power of prayer is magical no matter who or what it is that you think you're praying to. The studies also show that whenever two or more people get together to pray, that they power becomes increasingly strong. From my own experience I would like to point out that when you have a real friend pray with you instead of a well meaning acquaintance, that the increased power is so much greater. Yes the stranger helps, but nothing beats the power of a friend's prayers.
A friend is someone that you can laugh with until you make that funny snorting sound. Only with my dearest friends have I laughed so hard that tears poured down my face. I have shared funny stories with my friends that I'd never share with coworkers and such. Part of it is because with real friends there is a trust level and you know that you have similar views about what's humor and what's not. So, you can share jokes that otherwise might not be appropriate to tell the church ladies after service. Real friends laugh together.
My daughter wanted me to add this last one. A friend is someone to burp and fart with because they don't care if you are a real person. She has determined that the reason her best friend has trouble getting along with the other girls at school is because her friend doesn't realize that you can't do that sort of thing in front of people that are only polite superficial surface level friends. My daughter says that because they're best friends it's okay if one of them burps or farts in the presence of the other, but they can't do it in front of anyone else. I suppose she makes a valid point.
I'm not saying you should be a completely trashy mess of bad manners and selfishness around your friends, but at least know that with real friends you can be yourself and they aren't going to turn their back on you. If you have to walk on eggshells, be on your best manners, or monitor your every word and action, then you're probably not with a real friend. A real friend is one of life's greatest blessings, don't forget to give thanks.

That's what friends are for :)

Dreams really come true

So for a while now I keep having really vivid dreams that eventually come true. Like, after I completely forget about them, right when it happens I remember that I dreamt it before. I found out a lot of people on here also have the same problem, I say it like its a problem because I've actually had quite a few dreams about the world ending.. which sounds crazy, I know. The first one was that these creatures were trying to 'capture' the human race and also killing them in the process, and this was in probably a New York building. Then they were putting people on a huge belt line like where the suitcases come out of at the airport, & about 7 of us opened up a Coca-Cola machine and hid in there. I saw a diamond ring and then there was a flash of light and I woke up. I'm not so sure about that one, but it's kind been getting to me, since all of my dreams eventually come true. Alrighty then the next one was in November '10, and there was this tornado/flood was coming up the path behind me, and it was just tough for everyone to escape. The first part of it my mom and I ran for cover at this shelter, but found out the storm was still gonna destroy it anyways. Then came a school bus and everyone started piling on, but my grandma wasn't able to get on quick enough, so my mom jumped off to stay by her and I said something about how you can't save everyone, and that I couldn't afford to lose her. So I grabbed her right when the bus was taking off, and in the distance I could see the storm destroy everything behind me. We had to jump from car to car to get ahead of the storm, but my doggy didn't make it :( I think it just got to the point where I could not take it anymore, cause I woke up. this may come true soon, since there has been so many tornadoes, floods, and temperature drops in the states at this time of year more than any time before.
My other dreams are just conversations, gifts, and the color of the shirt someone wears the next day or week.
Yeah so I'm just trying to make sense of these dreams, and it's freaking me out about this deja vu i keep getting. I hope someone can help me make sense of this... or I might just be paranoid.

Teenagers increasingly getting high off prescription drugs

Prescription drug abuse among teenagers has become so prevalent in recent years that one in five high school students report having illicitly used at least one such drug.

The findings come from the 2009 National Youth Risk Behavior Survey, conducted by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC's) Division of Adolescent and School Health. For the first time in 2009, the CDC included questions about prescription drug use in the survey, which is conducted every two years.

Thesurveyfound that while only 15.1 percent of ninth graders had used prescriptiondrugsillicitly, 25.8 percent of 12th graders had done so. Across all grades, usage was
11.8 percent among blackstudents, 17.2 percent among Hispanic students and 23 percent among white students. Rates of illicit use were the same among girls and boys.

Even with the rise inprescription druguse, consumption ofalcoholand marijuana remain more common. More than 70 percent of students reported having tried alcohol, and 20.8 percent had consumed it in the last month. More than one in three students (36.8 percent) had smoked marijuana, and 20.8 percent had done so in the past month. Use of other drugs was significantly lower, with 8 percent having used hallucinogens, 6.7 percent having used ecstasy, 6.4 percent having used cocaine, 4.1 percent having used methamphetamine, 2.5 percent having used heroin and 2.1 percent reporting illicit use of injectable drugs.

The other categories ofbehaviorexamined in the survey are tobacco use, risky sexual behavior, unhealthy diet, physical inactivity and behaviors that may lead to injury or violence. The survey found many of these behaviors to be widespread amongteenagers, with nearly 20 percent having carried a weapon or smoked a cigarette in the past month, 6.3 percent having attempted suicide and 13.8 percent having considered it and 9.7 percent having driven after drinking. Less than 20 percent of high schoolers reported meeting recommended activity guidelines and less than 13 percent were eating enough fruits and vegetables. Among sexually active students, 38.9 percent had not used a condom the most recent time they had sex.
